THRIVE is a program that spans the Montefiore Medical Center system in the Bronx, New York, and offers evidence-based therapies to adults experiencing stress related to stress after trauma, racism, or discrimination. We are committed to excellence in training for interns and fellows interested in social justice and cultural humility. Through our research and practice, we are actively developing therapeutic skills to effectively disseminate evidence-based trauma treatments that serve a racially, ethnically, and socially diverse population, many of whom might have extensive trauma histories and complex psychosocial needs.

THRIVE is an Article 31 clinic for individuals primarily struggling with mental health issues who may also have co-occurring substance use. Our multidisciplinary team has psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, interns and post-doctoral fellows. We take many insurances and are located in the Bronx, New York. We offer in person and remote options.
